Data Graphics would like to introduce you to Mrs. Connie Aldridge. Connie has been a part of Data Graphics sales team since 1987. Connie has experienced many changes over the last 22 years, from no computers to training Bobby and Mike Welter as teenagers as they were eager to learn the business their father started in 1984. Connie hopes to be retired by the time Bobby and Mike's sons take over the family business. Outside of Data Graphics, Connie has fun spending time with her 3 grandchildren: Austin, Sydney and Lauren. She and her husband of 36 years also enjoy traveling over long weekends, where they enjoy kayaking and sailing.
Meet Ross Shepherd
Ross has been with Data Graphics since 1988, almost 22 years! He is currently our fabrication supervisor. Ross is familiar with all aspects of our fabrication department, including our stackcut press, shearing press, clicker die presses, steel rule die presses, laser as well as our CNC machine. Ross has witnessed firsthand the progression in technology in the fabrication department. Ross stated, "from a lot of hand work to now everything being mechanized and automated." He works here along with his mother Jane, brother Tim and sister-in-law Karen.Ross is the father of two children, a son Josh (23) and a daughter Cala (20). On the weekends, you will probably find Ross on Lake County's Harris Chain of lakes fishing with his son Josh or one of the fishing clubs he is a member of. Ross also enjoys racing remote control Nitro Monster Trucks he and his son have built.
Meet Alisa Scroggins
Alisa has been a part of the Data Graphics production team for over 20 years. Having been through almost every department in our plant, her experience and knowledge is very valuable to DG and our customers. She has been a part of the fabrication, prepress-yellow room, assembly and inspection. Alisa currently operates our 2 hot stamp roll label presses. Alisa remembers when the now owners- Bobby and Mike Welter used to come in as teenagers after school and during the summers and work. Alisa is the mother of 2 children, Nicole and Dylan. In her spare time, she enjoys water sports and spending time with her family.
Meet Clarence McDaniel
Clarence has been part of the Data Graphics production team for 20 years as of this October. Clarence started out working in our screening department and is still in that department today working on most of our more complex jobs that come through the plant. Because of his tenure he knows most of our customer names, which is one thing that sets Data Graphics apart from our competitors, we know our customers. Clarence is married to Kit, who works in our inspection department. He enjoys outdoor activities when he is not working such as biking, hiking, gardening, concerts and enjoying the Florida sunshine. Clarence has a home garden and often brings in some of his home-grown veggies and fruit to share with his DG family.
Meet Becky McCullough
Becky has been a part of the Data Graphics team for a little over 20 years. Over the years, she has worked in most departments, making her very knowledgeable of our processes and procedures, as well as knowing our customers and their needs. Her current position is in our inspection department with Kit McDaniel, our other inspection specialist.
Becky has a 21 year old son, Andy, who is also part of the DG team working in our Art Department. In her spare time, she enjoys the gym, fishing and NASCAR racing, in particular Martin Truex, Jr. Becky also enjoys spending time with her family and cooking. She often brings in baked goods for all of us here at DG to enjoy.
Meet Pat Myers
Pat has been a part of the Data Graphics team for 20 years and counting. She has worked in several different positions, however the last 12 years she has worked primarily with Inventory, Purchasing and now Production Control.
Pat has two children, Stacy and Travis, as well as 6 beautiful grandchildren! Her favorite food is hot wings and she enjoys hanging out at her tiki bar on the weekends. Her hobbies include racing, bass fishing and swimming. In 5 years, she hopes to be retired and spending time with her husband, Larry. Pat is a huge asset to Data Graphics and we are happy to have her in the spotlight this month.
Meet Lisa Brownsberger
Lisa has been a part of the Data Graphics accounting team for over 17 years. Many of you may have talked to Lisa regarding an invoice, as she is our Accounts Receivable clerk.
Lisa is married and has 3 kids. In her "spare" time, she runs a taxi service delivering her kids to band practice, cheerleading practice and church youth group. Her oldest, will be a freshman in college this August. She also enjoys going to the movies, shopping and her family time in the North Carolina mountains.
Meet Marilyn Garner
Many of you reading this have had the pleasure of speaking with Miss Marilyn. For many years, Marilyn was the voice of Data Graphics, always answering your call by the 2nd ring. She has been a part of the Data Graphics team for over 15 years. Marilyn is also responsible for accounts payable and payroll.
Marilyn is the mother of two and has 4 grandchildren, all of which live in North Carolina. In her spare time, Marilyn enjoys reading books by her favorite author, Nicholas Sparks.

With a combined 45 years of experience in the product identification business, Data Graphics would like to recognize the "Ladies in Sales" as they are often referred. As a customer of Data Graphics, you may have had the pleasure to work with just one or all of these ladies. Meet Liz Minson If you are a customer and have had a hot job running through our plant, you need to know the woman who helped make it happen....Liz Minson. When your sales rep, whether it is Connie, Cathy, Shianne or Buffy says to you that they need to go talk to someone about getting your job out of DG sooner, Liz is the one behind the scenes. In fact, when she was asked...what is the most common request she gets from the sales dept, she responded, "The request is the same from all of the girls, how fast?" This is the reason the Hot and Spicy list was created, the girls would bring me little post it notes with the work order number on it they needed to expedite, I was carrying around way too many. Liz has been with Data Graphics for over 19 years. Her current position is Director of Manufacturing.
Meet Karen Shepherd
Celebrating 24 years with Data Graphics, is our Graphic Artist/Art Department Supervisor, Karen Shepherd. Karen has been at Data Graphics long enough to remember producing artwork without computers. DG got its first Mac computer in 1990, which completely transformed the way art is created for producing labels.
Karen arrived at DG in 1986 working part time while attending college. She met her husband at DG and is employed here with her mother-in-law and 2 brother-in-laws.
Outside of DG, Karen is a mother and wife. She has been a member of a community band for 15 years, playing the clarinet. She is also well known for her homemade beef jerky which she makes in 4 flavors!
Meet Tim Shepherd
Tim Shepherd, has been with Data Graphics since the beginning, 1984! While DG is celebrating their 25th Anniversary this year, so is Tim! He is our color analyst and press operator. Tim's fondest memory while being employed at DG is when he was trained by the infamous Aunt Marie (the owner's Aunt) on mixing colors, it was all trial and error back then. DG employees consists of many families, Tim's mother, brother and sister-in-law are all employed by Data Graphics as well. DG thanks Tim for all of his years of experience and service he has given to Data Graphics.
Meet Annie Mitchell Celebrating 23 years with Data Graphics, is Annie Mitchell. Annie has been with Data Graphics since the Wire Tech division existed. Annie started on the Wire Tech side assembling cable harnesses. In 1993, she moved to the screening department where she was in charge of quality control at the end of the belt. She also prepped screens and pinned material. Annie is currently in our assembly department where she applies adhesive and works on special assemblies. Around lunch time, you may catch her in the break room catching some of her favorite soap, Young and the Restless.
Outside of Data Graphics, Annie is big in our community. She has participated in home health, assisting the elderly. Annie also works with the mentally challenged, she aids in redirecting them so they can live more independently. She is also very involved with Leesburg First Assembly. Annie has a son and grandson that she enjoys spending time with as well.
Meet Vern Stofko Data Graphics would like to introduce you to Mr. Vern Stofko. Vern is celebrating his 60th birthday this month, which we celebrated at the DG Company picnic this month (pictured above). Vern has been with DG for almost 23 years. He works in our fabrication department and is responsible for die cutting and embossing. Vern is hearing and speech impaired, however you would never know it. He communicates just fine through sign language and is an expert lip reader!
Outside of Data Graphics, Vern enjoys playing golf and fishing on the many lakes of Lake County. He likes to finish up his day with a good poker game.
Meet Katherine Jadlowe Celebrating 15 years with Data Graphics, is one of our quality inspectors, Katherine Jadlowe.
Katherine has been a "quality" asset to Data Graphics with her sharp attention to detail and her passion for her work. Katherine has been through QSA Training for Quality Inspectors.
Outside of DG, Katherine is very involved in her community. She was the only woman in 75 years to reign as the Exalted Ruler of the Eustis Elks Lodge. In addition, Katherine has headed the North Central District Americanism Committee for the past 4 years, displaying over 4000 American Flags to support our Veterans (2000 in her own yard). Katherine is from New Bedford, Massachusetts and has the Northeastern accent to remind us!
