In order to obtain a quote, the easiest thing to do would be to e-mail a print to sales@datagraphicsinc.com.  One of our customer service representatives will analyze the print.  The print needs to include the size and material as well as an estimate of the quantity you think you may order. This will aid your representative in getting the most precise price for a custom die.
