Data Graphics offers a variety of thermal adhesives, which are used in the electronics industry to enhance heat transfer and provide efficient thermal conductivity between components. 3M, Rogers and other brands are available for customization. Data Graphics has a variety of methods for cutting that include steel rule dies, lasers, CNC, digital cutting up to four feet by eight feet.

3M™ 583 is both heat and solvent activated, it is a hot melt film that provides a permanent bond. This adhesive can be applied to your custom label, decal, or nameplate on materials such as polycarbonate, polyester, and aluminum.

Rogers Arlon® Thermabond products which are thermally conductive adhesives are also available for die cutting in your custom shape. These adhesives will bond securely to many substrates and textures.
